Initially we discuss your brand. It can be over email but we usually speak to clients over the phone, Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom.

We discuss your brand’s identity, target market, design direction and budget, asking you to provide sketches, inspiration or ideas so we can understand your needs.

This initial discussion is complimentary and lasts about 30 minutes.

A new service we offer is Trademark Protection. We have collaborated with Clive, who specialises in Trademarks for the Fashion Industry.

He has over 25 years commercial experience and works closely with large corporates and the public and not-for-profit sectors.

We source the fabric you want and send you swatches for you to choose from.  We work with a variety of fabrics including organic fabrics.

Colour is a major part of any collection and we can dye your garments to any Pantone colour, providing you with lab dips to select from. 

We offer a full pattern cutting and sample development service. 

We work with ethical factories with years of experience who cut and grade your bespoke patterns for each size. 

We offer 3 levels of sampling:

• Initial • Pre-Production • Production Samples

taking into account your comments at each sample stage, so you can have the exact fit you want, at production. 

We work with 2 types of Factories:

1. A Fully Factored or FF Service is when the factory provides the full service from grading patterns, sourcing fabric and trims, providing lab dips, producing samples and packing the garments ready for shipping.

We start at 100 per units per style for FF, split over up to 4 sizes of whatever ratio you want. Our FF factories are based overseas.

2. Cut, Make & Trim or a CMT Service is when the factory cuts the fabric, or you already cut it, makes the garments and trim them with fabrics and trimmings provided by you.

We start at units of 25 for CMT and can provide some trimmings and fabrics however. Our CMT Factory is based in the UK.

All the factories we work with are ethical and pay their staff a proper fair and living wage. We are able to show you all the people behind the scenes, from the person who spins your fabric, to the machinist, to the cutter and printer or the embroiderer, to the ironer and packer.

We can help you decide which factory is best for you.

We can develop branded hardware and labels and trims.

We can produce bespoke rivets, poppers, buttons, zip pullers and drawcord eyelets and aglets, as well as bespoke labels and trims, which are all an important part of elevating your brand.

Each garment is pressed and packed in a clear, recycled poly bag and include your designed labels and trims.

We can deliver your collection to you.  

We have strong relationships with freight forwarders with over 30yrs experience, offering warehouse facilities in case of uncleared goods, resulting in less costs for you.

They also take care of all the necessary customs and clearance paperwork to get your delivery to you, or alternatively, you can use your own transportation.
