4. FABRIC SOURCING

We source the fabric you want and send you swatches for you to choose from.  We work with a variety of fabrics including organic fabrics.

Colour is a major part of any collection and we can dye your garments to any Pantone colour, providing you with lab dips to select from.

5. SAMPLING

We offer full pattern cutting and sample development to ensure your collection meets your expectations before full production.

Our three levels of sampling take your feedback at each stage, so your final garments are exactly what you want:

  • Initial or Fitting Samples – approx. 2–3 weeks

  • Pre-Production Samples – approx. 6–8 weeks (depending on order size)

  • Production Samples – final approval before bulk production

6. MANUFACTURING

We start at 100 units per style/colour, divided across 4 sizes in any ratio you choose.

Our factories are based overseas, but all are ethical and pay fair, living wages. We’re proud to show you the people behind your garments — from the fabric spinner to the machinist, cutter, printer/embroiderer, ironer, and packer.

Note: This service applies to bespoke manufacturing only. Pre-made blank garments are ready to order and do not require bespoke production.

7. BRANDING & PACKAGING

We can develop branded hardware — including bespoke rivets, poppers, buttons, zip pullers, drawcord eyelets, and aglets — as well as custom labels and trims. These details help elevate your brand and make your collection unique.

8. PRE-MADE GARMENTS

We supply high-quality black garments ready for clients to brand themselves.

9. LOGISTICS

We can deliver your collection efficiently, whether it’s fully bespoke garments or pre-made blank garments.

  • Pre-made blank garments are sent via courier within 48 hours in the UK.

  • For bespoke garments, we work with experienced freight forwarders with over 30 years of expertise, offering warehouse facilities for uncleared goods to reduce costs.

  • They can handle all customs and clearance paperwork, or you’re welcome to use your own transportation if preferred.

10. REPEAT ORDERS

For bespoke garments, repeat orders are typically faster since the garment shape, fabric, labels, and trims have already been approved. Turnaround depends on factors such as fabric spinning, dyeing, and production schedules, which we can advise you on.

For pre-made blank garments, repeat orders are simple and quick, as stock is ready to go — you can reorder the exact garments without waiting for production and garments are dispatched within 48hrs.
